China Passes Law To Counter Foreign Sanctions: Cabinet


China handed a brand new regulation Thursday to counter international sanctions, as Beijing seems to be to construct its defences in opposition to rising US and EU strain over commerce and human rights.

Countermeasures within the regulation embody “refusal to concern visas, denial of entry, deportation… and sealing, seizing, and freezing property of people or companies that adhere to international sanctions in opposition to Chinese companies or officers,” in accordance with the textual content printed by the National People’s Congress standing committee, China’s high legislature.
