The most temperature within the nationwide capital settled at 39.8 levels Celsius on Thursday, the India Meteorological Department (IMD) stated.

The Safdarjung Observatory, which offers consultant knowledge for Delhi, recorded a minimal temperature of 29 levels Celsius, a notch above regular, it stated.

The relative humidity was recorded at 47 per cent at 5.30 pm.

Delhi’s air high quality index (AQI) stood at 214 at 7.05 pm, based on Central Pollution Control Board knowledge.

An AQI between zero and 50 is taken into account ‘good’, 51 and 100 ‘passable’, 101 and 200 ‘reasonable’, 201 and 300 ‘poor’, 301 and 400 ‘very poor’, and 401 and 500 ‘extreme’.

The climate division predicted typically cloudy skies with mild rain or drizzle within the metropolis on Friday. The minimal and most temperatures are anticipated to settle round 29 levels Celsius and 39 levels Celsius.
